Jefferson City Council approves medical marijuana zoning

Jefferson City’s council members set some ordinances for medical marijuana dispensaries.

Monday night, they approved adding another zoning district where the businesses could operate.

They also clarified the rule that the marijuana dispensaries cannot be within 1000 feet of a school, church, or daycare.
