Jefferson City council to vote on demolition of airport terminal

Council members in Jefferson City could vote to tear down the flood-damaged terminal at the local airport.

ABC 17 reports the vote will take place during the city council meeting Monday night.

The building was partially submerged during a storm last May that caused major flooding and wind damage in Jefferson City.

The demolition contract with Stan Morris Construction will cost $24,000.
