Jefferson City man charged with making second terrorist threat

A Jefferson City man charged with making a terrorist threat in August is accused of repeating the offense earlier this month.

ABC 17 reports Brian Groner is accused of opening a bank account using the email address “thenextmassshooter @ gmail.com”

Groner’s Facebook account also states he is the next mass shooter.
