Jefferson City police said Thursday evening that they have this week’s shooting suspect in custody.
Michael Miller, 27, is charged with robbery, assault, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of a firearm.
Miller allegedly shot a 25-year-old during an armed robbery attempt on Monroe Street near Stadium Blvd. on Monday night.
That victim had serious injuries at one point, but JCPD now says he is out of the hospital.
