Charges are filed against a Jefferson City woman who allegedly assaulted another woman and took her credit and debit cards.
ABC 17 reports Rebecca Matlack is charged with assault, robbery and endangering the welfare of a child after her arrest on Thursday. Court documents say Matlack approached a woman at an ATM on Jefferson Street, pulled her hair, punched her and ran toward her car where the victim’s child was sitting. The victim got between Matlack and the car, then Matlack ran away.
Matlack is now in jail, and is scheduled to be in court Monday afternoon.
