Judge rules in favor of university in gun case

A Mizzou law professor has lost a gun case against the university.

Royce Barondes has tried to argue since 2016 that Mizzou’s gun ban on campus violates his constitutional right to bear arms.

A Boone County judge disagreed, saying on Monday the ban is constitutional because it’s narrowly tailored to achieve compelling interests.
