Lane closure near Rocheport I-70 bridge this week

You’ll see some lane closures on westbound I-70 near the Rocheport bridge, starting Tuesday.

MoDot contractors are testing rock and soil stability in that area from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

The work is part of the lead-up to a new I-70 bridge at Rocheport. Construction on that could start in 2022.
