Lawsuit against Columbia health director over health order dropped

A business owner has dropped his lawsuit against Columbia’s health order.

Court records show Paul Prevo dismissed his suit against health director Stephanie Browning on Wednesday. He wanted Columbia to follow the less-strict state health guidelines.

Prevo owns Tiger Tots day care centers in Columbia, which saw a child test positive for the coronavirus last week.
