Lincoln hoping for state funding to make repairs

Several Lincoln University dorms are badly in need of repair and upgrades. But President Jerrold Jones Woolfolk says much of that work depends on funding from the State Capitol.

“These problems have existed for a number of years, and our resources are scarce, but we can do a little at a time.”

Dawson Hall, the tallest building on the Jefferson City campus, dates to the 1970’s and is on the short list for renovation work if funding is approved.
