Lincoln University announces memorial for former president Frank

A memorial service is set to remember former Lincoln University President James Frank.

The service will be at noon on Friday in Richardson Auditorium.

Dr. Frank was a Lincoln graduate and went on to serve as the only black president of the NCAA. He died in January.
