Boone Health chief executive officer Brady Dubois was live on 939 the Eagle’s “Eagle Eye Drive” at 5, telling host Mike Murphy that Boone Health posted $3.7-million in earnings during the first half of 2025, a $4-million swing from last year.

“We’ve had a little bit of a challenge you know once we went independent but we kind of rode through that storm and a lot of different things were occurring but where were at today … very proud of the position that the organization is in,” Mr. Dubois says.

Boone Health announced in July that they have started the process to search for a strategic partner. President Dubois told reporters in July that the search for a strategic partner could involve a partnership, whether it’s with a larger health system or other independent health systems. Boone Health serves 26 counties, from Adair to the north to Saline to the west, to Montgomery to the east and Miller County to the south.

President Dubois expects to have a strategic partner identified by early 2026.
