(LISTEN:) Developer, Realtor Rhonda Carlson discusses paying for camp cleanups, quality of life on Columbia Buzz

A Columbia Realtor and developer said property owners and being forced to pay for the cleanup of homeless encampments on private property in Columbia. Rhonda Carlson appeared on 93.9 The Eagle’s Columbia Buzz program Sunday morning with hosts Mike Murphy and Al Germond. Carlson said one clean-up alone cost her family business more than $5,000. Carlson was planning to appear before the Columbia City Council on Monday evening to ask council members to address the issue and what she described as a declining quality of life in Columbia.
