Local COVID-19 Update (Apr. 2)

Boone County on Thursday reported its most daily coronavirus cases, 19, since last Thursday.

Active cases in Boone went up a little, to 50. Hospitalizations stayed steady, at 16, and remain well below capacity.

Cole County added six new cases on Thursday.
