Local COVID-19 Update (Jan. 7)

Boone County reports another 147 coronavirus cases on Thursday. Active cases rose to 869. Hospitalizations stayed the same, at 108, but are still putting a strain on resources.

Callaway County reported two more COVID-19 deaths in the past week, for a total of 32. Active cases rose to 442.

Cole County added 51 new cases on Thursday. Cole no longer makes its active case count public.
