Local COVID-19 Update (July 13)

Mid-Missouri’s daily coronavirus case numbers are still fairly high.

Boone County reported 111 new positives Monday, which is the highest increase since late January. Active cases went up, to 398. Hospitalizations also rose, to 84. Hospitals in Boone are still operating at “yellow” status, which means resources are strained and some surgeries are being delayed.

Cole County added nine new cases over the last three days.
