Local COVID-19 Update (July 14)

Mid-Missouri’s daily coronavirus case numbers are still fairly high.

Boone County reported 101 new positives Tuesday, which is the third triple-digit increase in the last week. Active cases went up, to 427. Hospitalizations also rose, to 90. Hospitals in Boone are still operating at “yellow” status, which means resources are strained and some surgeries are being delayed.

Cole County added 47 new cases on Tuesday.
