Local doctor says residents are doing a good job flattening the curve

As of mid-June, most Mid-Missouri counties are not seeing confirmed cases of coronavirus jumping by leaps and bounds every day. Capital Region Medical Center’s Dr. Randall Haight says he hopes that holds.

“It’s looking like Cole, as well as Boone, really are flattening the curve which is good,” Haight says. “That means that everyone is doing what they’re supposed to be doing.”

Dr. Haight says if you have to go out, wearing a mask probably would not hurt, especially if you feel sick.
