Local health board recommends flavored e-cigarette moratorium

The Columbia-Boone County Board of Health is asking for an immediate ban on all flavored e-cigarette products, until an ordinance can be drafted putting restrictions on those products.

Members say in a letter to the city council they are concerned about the big jump in youth vaping, and all the national reports of lung issues tied to e-cigarettes.
