Local task force arrives in Louisiana ahead of Hurricane Sally

Missouri Task Force One members are down by the Gulf of Mexico and out West helping people dealing with natural disasters.

Dozens of Boone County-based emergency responders got to Hammond, Louisiana on Monday. They will help with water rescues after Hurricane Sally works its way through the area.

Two task force members are in Salem, Oregon, managing resources to fight wildfires that have killed dozens and forced thousands to evacuate.
