A Macon County woman who went missing in Columbia has been found safe.
The Macon County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday afternoon Barbara Schwebach, 72, has been found.
An endangered silver advisory was issued for Schwebach. She was in Columbia for medical treatment. She apparently walked out of the La Quinta Inn near Stadium and I-70 at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday before going missing.
