Man arrested after alleged threat at Jefferson City hospital

A Mokane man is accused of making a terrorist threat at a Jefferson City hospital.

Police say Clinton Miller, 49, wanted to get into a secure area of the emergency room to see family at St. Mary’s Hospital on Mission Drive on Sunday afternoon. As he left the lobby, witnesses report he said “I’ve got a gun in the truck, I’ll get in.” Hospital officials locked down the facility.

Miller was arrested in his pickup. He’s been charged with second degree making a terrorist threat.
