A Jefferson City man will not go to trial in the case of a deadly 2016 Columbia crash.
Prosecutors told ABC 17 News that Joshua Keller has instead pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, assault and DWI as a chronic offender in the death of Sebastian Sneed on the Business Loop. A 6-year-old was also hurt.
Keller was sentenced to 18 years behind bars.
Prosecutors said they were pleased with the outcome.
Keller was supposed to go to trial Tuesday.
