Mass vaccinations continue as Phase 3 nears

It’s a big week on the coronavirus vaccine front in Missouri.

The state makes all adults eligible to get a shot when Phase 3 opens up on Friday.

There are several mass vaccination clinics this week too. Faurot Field alone will see thousands of people get their shots Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Sign-ups were set to start at 8 a.m. Monday for Boone County residents wanting to get a shot this week through the health department.

The state reports about 28 percent of Missourians have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine.
