Home prices in Columbia and Boone County increased in March.
The Columbia Board of Realtors says single-family home prices were up in March and remain on an upward trajectory. The median price for a single-family home in Boone County increased three percent in March to $345,000, while the average price was up four percent to about $385,000.
The median price in Columbia was up four percent to $350,000.
New listings were up 14 percent in March. The Board of Realtors says that signals existing homeowners remain willing to enter the market.
