Officers with the Mexico Public Safety Department are working to find a suspect that has reportedly been breaking into parked vehicles in the area of Bennington and Ringo Streets.
Authorities are working with residents to to find out more. They are also checking home security systems.
So far, change and personal items have been reported stolen. No vehicles have been damaged.
A compound bow in a black plastic case was recovered int he area, but officers have not been able to identify the owner.
