An argument over noise escalates quickly in a Mexico neighborhood.
Investigators say Frederick Waddell got into it with a neighbor during the back-and-forth at about 6 p.m. Tuesday on West Breckenridge. He then allegedly threatened several people with a knife.
The 37-year-old Waddell was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and fourth degree assault.
