The search is on in Mexico for a suspect accused of dragging a police officer a couple blocks in his car.
Investigators say they pulled the 21-year-old local man over at 12:14 a.m. Monday on W. Promenade. They learned he had a felony warrant and tried to arrest him.
That’s when they say the suspect drove away with a cop partially in the car. That officers was dragged a couple blocks and his gun went off before he fell away from the car.
That officer has minor injuries. No arrests reported yet.
