National Weather Service (NWS) St. Louis meteorologist Matt Beitscher is urging you to not burn today and to secure your outdoor furniture. Mid-Missouri is under a critical fire danger. Beitscher expects strong winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour, with gusts up to 55 miles per hour.
