Missouri’s governor will be heading to mid-Missouri’s Glasgow Friday to help celebrate the 65th anniversary of Monnig Industries.
The company considers itself the premier provider of hot dip galvanizing services in North America. Businessman Bob Monnig founded Monnig Industries in Glasgow in 1960. Mr. Monnig served as Glasgow’s mayor from 1951-1961. The family now operates four other plans throughout the Midwest, and they emphasize that they treat their customers like family.
Governor Mike Kehoe will join company leaders and employees for today’s event.
