Missouri reported 140 new cases of coronavirus and one more death Monday.
The total number of statewide confirmed cases is now at 5,807, with 177 deaths.
Boone County has one new positive over the last few days, 89 total. 79 have recovered.
Callaway County still has 20 positives there, with 15 recovered. Cole County held steady at 45 positives, with 35 recovered.
There has been one death each in Boone, Callaway, and Cole counties.
The biggest local jump in cases of the virus is in Moniteau County. It’s now 25 positive cases there, with dozens more that probably have it according to local health officials. There were only four positives in Moniteau about a week ago.
