Missouri Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick has been re-elected to a second term.
The Shell Knob Republican beat former Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR) director Quentin Wilson on Tuesday. Fitzpatrick received 1,018,753 votes, while Wilson received 958,595 votes.

Mr. Fitzpatrick served as the state treasurer from 2019 to 2023 and served four terms in the Missouri House, including two years as Missouri House Budget Committee chairman. His office website says he’s committed to rooting out fraud in government and ensuring that those who steal taxpayer dollars are held accountable.
Quentin Wilson campaigned on a theme that every dollar counts. He is also a former Missouri Commissioner of Higher Education.
