Missouri is seeking some federal assistance after a spell of flooding late last month.
Governor Parson asked FEMA Tuesday to assess damage between June 19 and July 1 in 17 different counties. It’s in preparation for an official request for federal disaster assistance.
The counties included in the assessment are Andrew, Boone, Buchanan, Caldwell, Callaway, Carroll, Chariton, Clinton, Cooper, Holt, Howard, Lincoln, Livingston, Moniteau, Montgomery, Ray, and Saline.
