Missouri special session on violent crime starts Monday

State lawmakers return to Jefferson City on Monday to talk rising violent crime in Missouri.

Gov. Parson called for the special session on the issue.

Parson wants a focus on six crime topics, including tougher penalties for people who give kids guns or encourage them to commit gun crimes.
