Hundreds of Mizzou athletes and coaches marched through campus against social injustice on Wednesday night.
Keiarra Slack with the Mizzou Black Student Athlete Association and the Tiger women’s soccer team says speaking up is a human rights issue.
“I was blessed to have this platform as a student-athlete,” Slack said, according to ABC 17. “And I believe that I should use it in a way that positively affect those surrounding me.”
