The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and contractors are also doing a large amount of work near the I-70 and Highway 63 connector. You’re urged to give yourself extra time if you’re driving in that area today. The construction is part of the $405-million plan to rebuild and expand I-70 to six lanes between Columbia and Kingdom City.
