The Missouri Tiger football team has dropped out of the new Associated Press (AP) college football poll, following Saturday’s 17-6 loss to #8 Oklahoma in Norman.
Sooner quarterback John Mateer was 14 of 30 for 173 yards and two touchdowns. One of those touchdown throws happened in the second quarter at Owen field, just a few plays after the Sooners blocked a Robert Meyer field goal attempt.
Eliah Drinkwitz’s Tigers fall to 7-4 and 3-4 in the Southeastern Conference. Mizzou wraps up their regular season Saturday afternoon at Frank Broyles field when they travel to Arkansas for the Border Line rivalry game. Saturday’s game kicks off at 2:30, and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.
