Mizzou in-person classes to continue after Thanksgiving

Mizzou still plans to hold in-person classes after Thanksgiving break.

The university points to a near 90% drop in active student coronavirus cases since the start of the semester. About 70 students are dealing with it, as of Oct. 14. None have reportedly needed hospitalization.

MU is encouraging students to stay in town over Thanksgiving break.

The school will also require everyone to show they have done their daily symptom monitoring on the Campus Clear app before they can get into certain buildings, including Ellis Library and the rec center, starting Monday.
