You’ll see a few thousand students from Columbia Public Schools (CPS) at this morning’s Mizzou women’s basketball game in Columbia.
Robin Pingeton’s Tigers will battle Little Rock at 11:30 this morning at Mizzou Arena in the annual CPS education game. Mizzou will be welcoming more than 3,000 students to Mizzou Arena. CPS spokeswoman Michelle Baumstark tells 939 the Eagle that seven CPS elementary schools will be in attendance.
Mizzou is coming off a 53-point win over St. Louis University on Wednesday: the Tigers won 112-59. Mizzou sophomore Abbey Schreacke led the team with 19 points, including five three-pointers.
