Moberly man accused of threats with BB pistol

A Moberly man is accused of scaring his neighbors with a BB pistol.

Witnesses told police Ricco Marshall was drunk when he went to a victim and pointed the pistol at her Saturday night on West Reed Street. She said she could not tell what type of gun it was when he was aiming it at her.

Marshall was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon.
