A Moberly man dies in a crash involving a snow plow in northern Boone County.
Authorities say the plow truck driver was trying to cross Highway 63 at Breedlove Drive a few miles north of Columbia on Monday afternoon. Mark Swindell was driving on the highway. His SUV crashed into the side of the truck, then went down an embankment and hit a tree.
Swindell was 59 years old.
