You’ll notice numerous Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) snowplows on highways and interstates on Wednesday morning for MoDOT’s annual winter operations drill.
MoDOT employees will be reacting to a simulated forecast of significant snow for the entire state. MoDOT will activate their emergency operations centers and maintenance employees will be deployed to their vehicles.
MoDOT conducts this drill every October.
