Mother of Kenneth Suttner settles with Glasgow schools

A judge has approved a settlement between the Glasgow school district and the mother of a student who took his own life in 2016.

ABC 17 reports we do not know the terms of the settlement made official on Monday in Boone County court.

Angela Suttner has claimed the school district did not do enough to prevent the bullying of her son, Kenneth. He died by a suicide.

A former Fayette Dairy Queen manager accused of harassing Kenneth on the job pleaded guilty to third degree assault last month. Harley Branham is now serving a month of house arrest, and got two years’ probation.
