A couple North Carolina natives are accused of having about $1.1 million worth of illegal vape cartridges in mid-Missouri.
The Highway Patrol says a trooper pulled them over on I-70 in Cooper County on Wednesday night after their SUV crossed the center line. A patrol K9 allegedly sniffed out more than 22,000 vape cartridges with 85-90% THC value.

Robert Cutler, 67, and Benjamin Cutler, 23, from Mooresville, North Carolina were arrested.
