MU Chancellor hired as University of Central Florida’s president

University of Missouri Chancellor Alexander Cartwright has been chosen as the University of Central Florida’s sixth president.

The University announced their decision in a press release on Friday afternoon.

The board of trustees voted unanimously to hire Cartwright , now the Florida Board of Governors must approve the selection with a vote.
