MU police officer fired for picture in blackface

An MU police officer is fired after a picture of him in blackface surfaces.

Marcus Collins was fired immediately after MU officials verified that the photo was of him.

Collins admitted the photo was of him, and that it was taken before he was hired by MUPD.
