The state will end National Guard operations at mass vaccination sites by June 1.

Boone County officials reported another COVID-19 patient has died, for a total of 87. The patient was older than 80. Boone added seven new coronavirus cases on Thursday, and active cases dropped to 57. Hospitalizations went up a little, to 19, but are well below capacity.
Cole County added six new positives on Friday.
