You may see a mid-Missouri river port go in near the Missouri National Guard’s training center east of Jefferson City.
Adjutant General-Major General Steve Danner thinks it would be a good fit.
“I grew up on the farm. I watch these prices. I see what’s happening, and what’s going on with our crops and everything this year,” Danner says. “Any time you can save a few cents a bushel, that goes right in to the farmers’ pockets.”
