A 135-year prison sentence is handed down for a New Bloomfield man.
Prosecutors say Jarrad Vandergrift, 39, sexually abused a young girl multiple times between 2009 and 2018. The victim told a school counselor in 2019.
A jury found Vandergrift guilty of child molestation and sodomy in February. He got a 15-30 year sentence on each count.
