Saundra McDowell is back on Missouri’s election radar.
The Springfield political consultant filed paperwork Tuesday to challenge Governor Mike Parson in Missouri’s Republican primary. McDowell was the GOP nominee for state auditor in 2018, and lost the election to Democrat Nicole Galloway. She joins State Rep. Jim Neely of Cameron, and Seneca resident Raleigh Ritter in the August primary against Parson.
At the urging of people I respect, I filed to be your 58th and 1st female Governor of Missouri.
I will bring strong and wise leadership for changing times.
We should expect MOre.
We deserve MOre.
We can achieve MOre.
I need your trust and support so we can do MOre together. pic.twitter.com/Uei0l1jtb7— Saundra McDowell (@mcdowellformo) March 31, 2020
