Boone County Clerk Brianna Lennon says Hallsville voters have a new polling place for Tuesday’s municipal election.
Instead of the community center, those voters will now go to Red Top Christian Church on Route U.
“We’re not exactly sure what happened, but the fire department had to come out and clear the building,” Lennon told Wake Up Columbia early Tuesday morning. “The carbon monoxide detector was going off.”
